1) To strategize client engagement process for optimal revenue generation
2) IC will be instrumental in acquisition of larger relationships along with the RM.
3) To engage with RHs / RMs on identifying opportunities for cross-sell for generating additional revenues
4) To regularly monitor achievement of branch & regional targets
5) Conducting Portfolio Reviews of Large relationships along with the RM,
6) IC will prepare Investment Proposal and present to client, ensure all requirements are taken care of while preparing the IP and explain the same to prospect
7) Business Planning with the Incentive plan, work with each RM and help in monthly and quarter activities.
8) Being part of the Product & Research central team, he will act as a bridge and knowledge centre for all Product Research communications.
9) To ensure that requisite product & customer engagement trainings are imparted in various branches in conjunction with the HR dept (L&D),
10) To supervise and ensure compliance of all critical transaction sale of Mutual Funds, AIF, PMS,
11) To ensure adequate documentation of all transactions and coordinate with various stakeholders for smooth operations.
12) To share regular performance dashboards with the RHs ZH.
