Experience : 10+ years

Qualification : B.Arch / M.Arch (preferably with specialization in Landscape Architecture)

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Landscape Designer to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will combine design innovation with practical execution experience to deliver sustainable, functional, and visually appealing outdoor environments for our residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs, master plans, and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate landscape concepts with overall site planning.
• Prepare design presentations and proposals for internal and client approvals.
• Conduct site assessments, analyze environmental and climatic conditions, and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors during design development and project implementation.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Develop maintenance and planting plans for landscaped areas.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, new materials, and technologies in landscape architecture.
