Job descriptionTranslate / Create client briefs and business objectives into strong creative concepts. Content research and creation for design requirements. Ensure consistency with brand identity across platforms. Lead, inspire, and mentor designers Act as a creative point of contact Oversee all creative deliverables (designs, campaigns, videos, brand collaterals) to Balance creativity with strategy, deadlines, and budgets. Quality Check and Approve final outputs before client delivery. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
Position : Senior Graphic Designer
Location : Onsite
Reporting To : Founder and Creative Director
Compensation Structure
1. Fixed Pay (Monthly) : TBD depends on experience and portfolio
Covers core responsibilities and deliverables.
2. Variable Pay (Performance-based) : TBD 5% - 7.5% of the project profit TBD
Based on project quality, deadlines met, creativity, and client satisfaction. Variable component
to be disbursed quarterly or on project completion.
