About the Role :

We're looking for a dynamic and driven IT Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll take charge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on IT and infrastructure roles. You'll be a key liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates for a wide range of IT roles including Development, Application, Niche, and Generic skillsets.
• Handle hiring across domains such as IT, IT Infrastructure, Telecom, and BFSI.
• Act as a single point of contact for multiple clients, managing hiring needs efficiently.
• Create and update job descriptions and role specifications with minimal input.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and identify best-fit candidates.
• Drive senior-level hiring initiatives.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Leverage social media platforms, sourcing tools, and industry trends for effective talent acquisition.
• Understand and apply CTC survey analysis in candidate evaluation.
• Ensure recruitment activities are delivered within defined turnaround times (TATs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate well-documented reports and provide insights through data analysis.
