Business Development Executive BPO Sales (On-site India)
Industry : Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) & Contact Center Sales. Sector : B2B client acquisition enterprise outsourcing and voice / non-voice service sales. This on-site role is focused on driving new business managing the sales cycle end-to-end and expanding commercial relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers across India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect qualify and convert enterprise and mid-market leads through targeted outbound outreach (cold calling email LinkedIn) to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Manage full sales cycle : discovery solution mapping commercial proposals negotiation and closure for BPO services and managed-contact solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to design client-aligned service proposals ensure smooth onboarding and guarantee SLA commitments are realistic and met.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM track sales activities and pipeline metrics and consistently report forecast vs. actuals to leadership.
- Hit monthly and quarterly revenue and pipeline KPIs; drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Represent the company at on-site client meetings and industry events as needed to accelerate deal closure and build relationships.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Proven B2B sales experience selling BPO contact-center or managed-services solutions.Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in an outbound sales role.Fluent English (verbal and written) with strong commercial presentation skills.Comfortable working on-site full-time at an India location; ability to travel occasionally for client meetings.Familiarity with sales KPIs contract negotiations and commercial pricing models for outsourcing deals.Proficiency using CRM platforms and maintaining accurate pipeline data.Preferred
Experience selling voice-based contact center BPO or digital CX services to enterprise buyers.Existing relationships or networks within procurement operations or CX teams at mid-enterprise clients.Formal sales training or certifications and familiarity with sales enablement / call-recording tools.Benefits & Culture Highlights
