Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admissions & Operations Coordinator to join our team full-time at our Vesu office. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with external vendors and marketing agencies, tracking student applications, and ensuring smooth operational flow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administrative Support : Handle routine office administration, maintain records, manage communication, and ensure smooth internal operations.
• University Application Coordination : Assist students with form filling, documentation, and application submission to various universities in India and abroad.
• Student Support : Follow up with students regarding required documents, deadlines, and status updates.
• Digital Marketing Coordination : Liaise with external marketing agencies, track campaign progress, ensure timely updates, and maintain promotional data.
• Reporting & Tracking : Maintain trackers for student applications, marketing performance, and operational activities.
• Communication Management : Draft and respond to emails, coordinate with parents, students, and institutional partners.
• Event & Session Coordination : Support in organizing seminars, workshops, and student interactions.
