Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on sales techniques, processes, and product knowledge

✅ Design, develop, and update training content aligned with business needs

✅ Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness

✅ Provide on-the-floor coaching and mentoring to enhance sales performance

✅ Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify gaps and address them through structured training initiatives

Requirements

Graduate in any stream (preferred)

2+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer (BPO / International campaign experience preferred)

Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and customer handling

Ability to engage, motivate, and influence large groups
