Head of Finance

Job Summary : Accountable for all accounting, budgeting, financial controls, and costs for a functional organization (i.E., supply chain, marketing, Sales, service, engineering, manufacturing, branch / distributor, etc.). Ensures consistent application of accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Participates in the business as a member of the leadership team to drive key business metrics, provides input into development of business strategies, and provides financial support for new business development.

• 2. Directs monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes;

3. Directs the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast processes, provides leadership to business to meet cost and working capital targets.

partners with business leaders to create operational efficiencies driving continuous improvements and growth initiatives.

5. Leads efforts to comply with any governmental or regulatory organization financial requirements and regional complexities, such as GST, tax regulations, currency hedging, statutory requirements. Leads capital management process at the entity level.

6. Allocates financial resources to support business initiatives, including working capital, accounts receivable collections, managing inventory and payables, etc.
