Role Overview :
As a Senior Business Development Executive at Schbang, you will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. Your expertise in business development, coupled with a deep understanding of digital services (including UI / UX), will allow you to position Schbang as a trusted partner to our clients. Key Responsibilities :
New Business Acquisition :
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with potential clients. Drive the sales pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business growth. Proactively engage with existing clients to identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
Market Insight & Strategy :
Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with Internal Teams :
Work closely with our creative, UI / UX, and technical teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Proposal & Pitch Development :
Lead the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients, showcasing Schbang’s expertise in digital services.
Negotiation & Closing Deals :
Manage contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Schbang. Successfully close deals to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications & Skills :
Experience :
Minimum of 2+ years of business development experience, preferably within a digital agency or related environment.
Digital Services Knowledge :
Strong understanding of digital services, including UI / UX, website development, digital marketing, and technology solutions.
Sales & Negotiation Expertise :
Proven track record of securing new business and growing client accounts through strong sales and negotiation skills.
Communication Skills :
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner.
Self-Starter :
Proactive, driven, and able to work independently with a strong ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
Client-Focused :
Strong relationship-building abilities with a customer-first approach to business development.
