We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, branding, and communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital channels, creative storytelling, and brand development to drive measurable marketing outcomes and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities :
Digital Marketing :
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Manage SEO / SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings.
- Execute email marketing, lead generation, and landing page optimization activities.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot) and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to create impactful ad creatives and digital assets.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Branding & Communication :
Support in defining brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across all channels.Ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications.Assist in creating engaging brand stories, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.Coordinate internal communications, product launches, and brand activation events.Contribute to corporate storytelling and employer branding initiatives.Requirements / Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and branding / communications.Strong working knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projectsSkills Required
