• Data Analysis : Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and lead a team of media planners and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
