About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager – Platform with a strong engineering background and deep understanding of building scalable SaaS / PaaS products. This role will be pivotal in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our platform initiatives, particularly those focused on data, automation, and interoperability in the healthcare domain. You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to build capabilities that power our core products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and Own Platform Strategy
• Collaborate with product and technical leadership to set a roadmap for core platform services, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity.
• Drive Full Product Lifecycle
• Lead product development from ideation through launch and iteration, working closely with engineering and QA to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Prioritize Using Data & KPIs
• Use metrics, customer insights, and industry benchmarks to guide decisions, balance trade-offs, and optimize for both user value and business impact.
• Collaborate Across Teams
• Partner with design, marketing, support, and operations to launch features and enhancements that drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Platform Innovation & Ownership
• Identify opportunities to improve developer experience, system reliability, and data workflows through robust platform capabilities.
• Healthcare Domain Alignment
• Stay ahead of industry regulations and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) to ensure the platform is compliant and future-ready.
