Job Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Backend Java Developer to join our fintech product engineering team. You will play a critical role in building secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems that power our financial services platform. Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop backend services and APIs using Java (preferably Java 17+), with a focus on financial transaction processing, data integrity, and security.
• Build microservices architecture to support modular and scalable fintech applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, compliance, and security to deliver robust financial solutions.
• Implement and maintain integrations with payment gateways, banking APIs, and third-party financial services.
• Optimize performance for high-throughput and low-latency transaction systems.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and maintain high code quality standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring uptime and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.
