Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a PPC Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads). The PPC Specialist will manage ad accounts, build and optimize campaigns, analyze performance data, and develop strategies to improve key metrics. Day-to-day tasks include researching keywords, configuring tracking, writing ad copy, setting up targeting parameters, and reporting on campaign performance. The specialist will also collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment on marketing goals.
What You’ll Do
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads
Manage all key campaign types (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, Video, Remarketing)
Handle multiple clients (local and international) with different goals / KPIs
Research competitors and prepare ad copy & banner copy based on insights
Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) or direct site backend
Manage GA4 reporting and provide clear client-focused insights
Work with Google Merchant Center for e-commerce clients
Create and optimize lead-gen and e-commerce strategies
Stay proactive with client requests and maintain fast, clear communication
Use AI tools smartly to increase speed and efficiency
Keep learning—PPC is changing daily, so adaptability is key
Qualifications
Google Ads & Meta Ads – hands-on campaign management experience
GA4 – confident in setup and reporting
GTM – able to create tags / events for conversion tracking
Google Merchant Center – knowledge of product feed setup and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of campaign types and when to use them
Ability to perform competitor ad research and translate into creative ideas
Experience preparing ad copy & creative briefs
Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize workload
Comfortable working with local and international client
Focused on client goals and business outcomes
Proactive mindset – quick to spot issues and suggest improvements
Open to continuous learning as PPC platforms evolve
8 hours / day availability with time tracking enabled
