About the Role
We are looking for a
Meta Ads Specialist
who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and business-driven. The ideal candidate will combine strong data analysis skills with deep expertise in Meta Ads to optimize campaigns for growth and profitability. This role is critical in driving new customer acquisition and improving retention through daily campaign management, performance tracking, and insights-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple objectives (acquisition, remarketing, retention).
Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that improve campaign performance.
Conduct daily monitoring, reporting, and optimization of campaigns (bids, budgets, creatives, targeting).
Translate raw data into clear business recommendations that improve ROI and reduce CAC.
Collaborate with creative and business teams to align ad strategies with overall brand and revenue goals.
Run A / B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to scale winners.
Track and report on key metrics (nROAS, CAC, LTV, retention cohorts) and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with Meta platform changes, policies, and new ad features to leverage them early.
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with large data sets and Excel / Google Sheets.
Understanding of digital marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, LTV, funnel optimization).
1-3 years of experience in running and scaling Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram).
Must have experience in managing a minimum monthly ad spend of ₹50 lakhs in one or more of the following industries —
Gaming, Fintech, Edtech, or D2C.
Ability to connect campaign insights with business outcomes (e.g., revenue, retention, profitability).
Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and attribution platforms.
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
