Key Responsibilities
Prospect Discovery
Identify and research potential clients across D2C, tourism, fintech, and lifestyle sectors using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
CRM Management
Manage lead pipelines, enrich contact data, score prospects, and automate workflows using Zoho CRM .
Appointment Setting
Initiate contact with decision-makers (Marketing Heads, CMOs), qualify leads, and schedule meetings for senior business leads.
Email + LinkedIn Outreach
Draft and execute cold email sequences and LinkedIn messaging campaigns tailored to specific sectors and ICPs.
Follow-up Management
Track open rates, replies, and schedule timely follow-ups using CRM and campaign tools. Escalate warm leads to the BD team.
Reporting & Analytics
Maintain accurate logs of outreach performance, generate weekly reports, and iterate strategies based on insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or client acquisition
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Detail-oriented, persistent, and resourceful with high EQ
Comfortable with cold outreach, CRM updates, and cross-functional coordination
Bonus : Hands-on with marketing or sales tools during college projects or internships
