Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and smart HR Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a knack for identifying the right talent, and can manage full-cycle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. If you have a recruiter’s brain, strong communication skills, and the drive to make great hires, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across levels.
• Understand hiring requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
• Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess fit and communication.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Maintain and update candidate data and pipelines.
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring goals and deliver on them.
