Role Overview
The Life Sciences Leader will be the strategic face of the organization to the market in India and abroad, specifically within the Pharmaceutical Industry with a sub-focus on the Medical Devices segment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 6-12 years domain expertise, strong market credibility, and a flair for conceptualizing. The leader will drive product build, revenue growth by aligning industry-specific solutions, engaging with clients, and orchestrating internal specialists and stakeholders to deliver differentiated value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Product / Service Offering Definition.
- Drive Revenue and Opportunity Pipeline through GTC (to begin with) and then GTM globally.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and client engagement efforts globally.
- Conceptualize innovative service offerings tailored to industry needs and own their development through collaboration with internal stakeholders and specialists.
- Oversee business-technology solution ownership for the industry, ensuring alignment with client needs and enterprise capabilities; collaborating with internal technical specialists (SAP, AWS, AI, MS, …).
- Represent the organization externally as a trusted authority in Pharma and Medical Devices.
- Collaborate with SMEs on specialized threads (e.g., CSV for Pharma) to shape and refine solution offerings.
- Partner with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans and revenue targets.
- Provide thought leadership through industry forums, webinars, and client workshops.
Qualifications
Former experience in the Pharma or Medical Devices industry running manufacturing / operations / regulatory compliance activities.Proven track record of business process understanding and client relationship management.Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into actionable service offerings.Exposure to Transformations in Life-Sciences, SAP solutions and their application within Pharma and Medical Devices would be a significant plus.Deep understanding of regulatory and operational frameworks for the American and European markets.Strong communication and executive presence.Other Details
