Job descriptionConduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to clearly explain residential construction offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, channel partners, and local market stakeholders. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct client engagement and conversion. Collaborate with design, project execution, and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing patterns, and customer preferences across Tamil Nadu. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management. Represent the company at property expos, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and client events. Strengthen the company's brand presence across key regions in Tamil Nadu.
Skillset / Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in sales within real estate, residential construction, or building materials industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu for client meetings and site visits.
- Fluency in English and Tamil (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting.
