About the Role :
We are seeking a strategic Account Manager with a proven track record of selling IT / technology services directly to Automotive / Automobile OEMs and Tier-1 Suppliers. Your primary mission will be to deepen relationships within your existing portfolio of automotive clients, understand their strategic challenges, and sell them technology solutions that drive their business forward.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Account Growth : Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the automotive industry. Develop and execute deep account plans to expand our footprint and achieve significant revenue growth.
- Client-Centric Solutioning : Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (e.g., VPs of Manufacturing, Digital, R&D). Uncover their key business "pains" and position our technology services as the "gain."
- Sales Leadership : Lead the entire sales cycle for complex, high-value technology service deals, from identifying new opportunities to negotiation and closure.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and guide a team of junior account managers, sharing best practices for navigating the automotive sector.
