Role : HR Intern (Paid Internship)

We are looking for

enthusiastic and process-oriented HR Interns

who are eager to learn and contribute to our fast-paced EdTech environment. The internship will be for

3 months , and

exceptional performers will be offered full-time roles

based on performance and organizational fit.

Bangalore, India (Onsite)

Duration : 3 Months | Paid Internship

Opportunity : High-performing interns may be offered a full-time HR role at DataMites.

Responsibilities : Assist in end-to-end

recruitment processes

including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain and update

HR databases and candidate trackers .

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

Support onboarding and documentation processes.

Contribute to employer branding and engagement initiatives.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Basic understanding of

recruitment and hiring processes

preferred.

Ability to work diligently, manage timelines, and collaborate across teams.
