We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 3-month internship. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs.
Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Handle administrative tasks related to HR policies and compliance.
Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Support payroll and benefits-related activities.
Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
