Job descriptionStrong presentation and negotiation ability Fluency in Tamil and English (both spoken and written) Excellent communication and influencing skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable Bachelor's degree preferred MBA Freshers in marketing Proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory Basic Salary (Fresher) : ₹17,500 per month Basic Salary (Experienced) : ₹20,000 per month Sales Incentives : ₹5,000 – ₹20,000 per month (performance-based) Food Allowance : ₹6,110 per month (₹235 / day) Room Allowance : ₹18,200 per month (₹700 / day) Travel Expenses : Reimbursed weekly as per actual costs Total Yearly Potential : ₹3 – ₹5 Lakh+ (top performers can earn more)
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing Executive to drive sales across Tamil Nadu. The role involves traveling extensively to meet existing dealers, identify new business opportunities, collect orders, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Travel across Tamil Nadu to identify new stores and strengthen dealer network
- Conduct regular visits to existing dealer shops
- Collect and process dealer orders
- Generate new business opportunities and expand business reach
- Work consistently towards monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain strong follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
