Corporate Security Specialist ( Manager / Deputy Manager)

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Security professional, preferably an Ex-Serviceman, to lead and manage all security operations for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing and corporate setup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial and corporate security management, proven experience in team leadership, and the ability to design and implement robust systems for asset protection, crisis response, and compliance.

This role demands proactive coordination with internal stakeholders, local authorities, and third-party service providers to ensure a safe and secure working environment across sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the corporate security operations across offices, plants, and warehouses.
• Manage and supervise a large team of in-house and outsourced security personnel.
• Develop and enforce security policies, SOPs, and incident response procedures.
• Monitor access control, CCTV surveillance, and perimeter security systems for effective risk mitigation.
• Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments; implement preventive measures accordingly.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services during incidents or audits.
• Oversee transport security, material movement control, and visitor management systems.
• Drive training and awareness programs for security staff and employees.
• Maintain proper records, reports, and compliance documentation related to security operations.
• Support leadership in crisis management, investigations, and contingency planning.
