International Business Development Manager (IT & Digital Marketing)

Job descriptionConduct client meetings, demos, and requirement discussions. Pitch IT services (Web Development, Software, CRM, SaaS Solutions) and Digital Marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media, Branding, SEO, Performance Marketing). Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts. Negotiate pricing and close high-value deals. Take full ownership of onboarding new clients smoothly. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Tech, Creative, Operations) to initiate project execution. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Bring immediate sales results from Month 1 . Report sales KPIs and pipeline updates. Mandatory : Proven experience in selling IT services or digital marketing services in international markets. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in global B2B sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to independently generate leads and close deals without support. Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and software development services. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. No salary bar for the ideal candidate. Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven International Business Development Manager who will be responsible for generating, pitching, closing, and onboarding overseas clients (outside India) for our IT & digital marketing services.
This is a revenue-focused role — the candidate must deliver sales results from the first month . No salary bar for the ideal performer.
Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify, target, and acquire international clients across the US, UK, UAE, Europe, Australia, and other markets.
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork, cold email, cold calling, and partnerships for consistent lead generation.
- Manage the entire outbound and inbound sales pipeline.
