Senior Technical Lead- SAP Success Factor
Experience : 10 to 18 yrs
Location : Chennai / Bangalore
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules across global HR landscapes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, system optimization, and process improvements.
- Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR / ERP systems.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support post-implementation.
- Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards.
