About The Position

We're looking for a Software Project Lead with 3–6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a fast-growing company transforming 3D engineering software development, we're expanding our leadership to support global growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and manage expectations
• Lead project planning, execution, and reporting
• Oversee SDLC phases : requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Fixed Price (FP) projects on time delivery experience
• Experience on setting KPIs and goals for the team
• Experience with Agile project execution
• Experience with tracking Project metrics and creating necessary reports
• Coordinate team efforts, resolve conflicts, and mentor team members
• Represent nCircle with a customer-first mindset
• Support recruitment and business growth
