Job Title : International Counselor

Location : Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Key Responsibilities

Call candidates to inform them about available job opportunities and invite them for walk-in sessions.

Meet walk-in visitors and scheduled leads; conduct short, structured counseling sessions.

Explain program pathways, eligibility criteria, and next steps in simple, clear language.

Pre-screen candidates for eligibility and assist with basic documentation and follow-ups.

Maintain daily trackers — calls, visits, and conversions — and share quick status updates with the team.

Support small outreach activities at nearby colleges, hostels, and community locations to generate leads.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

Graduate (MBA preferred, not mandatory)

Fluent in English and Odia

Friendly, reliable, and proactive communicator

Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in counseling, education, or customer-facing roles are welcome
