We are now hiring a Growth Marketing Lead — a senior, hands-on marketer who excels at delivering results. This isn’t a “strategy only” role. We need someone who has been there, done that, and is ready to own campaigns end-to-end : from planning and execution to reporting and optimization.

About the Role

The Growth Marketing Lead will :

• Drive brand and campaign marketing for Raven Labs and client portfolios.
• Own lead generation through multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, EDM / email marketing, cold outreach).
• Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid performance campaigns.
• Support sales teams by building campaigns that deliver pipeline growth.
• Execute marketing activities directly — from setting up campaigns to writing / optimizing EDMs, to reporting performance.
• Be the point of contact for clients in agency-style setups, ensuring they see tangible growth and ROI.
• Contribute to brand presence across social media and digital channels.
