As we scale our digital and e-commerce presence across India, we are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist to drive performance marketing across our brand portfolio.
Role Overview :
The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) / Youtube to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ad budgets, creative testing, and performance tracking for consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute performance and brand campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop targeting strategies (interest, lookalike, custom audiences) aligned with brand goals.
- Work closely with design and brand teams to create high-performing ad creatives and copies.
- Manage campaigns across multiple objectives – traffic, engagement, conversions, and catalog sales.
Performance Optimization
Continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPC, CPA, and CTR.Conduct A / B testing on creatives, ad sets, and landing pages.Monitor daily performance and implement quick optimizations based on data insights.Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.Prepare weekly / monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Recommend strategies for scaling high-performing campaigns.Budget & Coordination
Manage and allocate monthly marketing budgets efficiently across brands.Coordinate with e-commerce and sales teams to align campaigns with platform promotions (Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, etc.).Stay updated on Meta algorithm changes and ad format innovations.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.2–5 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta platforms (FMCG / D2C brand experience preferred).Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, Events, and Attribution.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and data interpretation.Knowledge of creative strategy, audience segmentation, and funnel-based marketing.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
