JD : Responsibilities :

• Work closely to coordinate activities with offshore EMEA / NA Partner Support Teams
• Manages divisional mailbox for requests on a variety of Partner related activity
• Activity tracking of all requests are compiled and reported to management on a weekly basis
• Validating the accuracy of all created Partner , time entry and costs entry
• Management of all Partner Invoices from validation of hours, costs and timeframe of service against
