Role Overview

We are looking for a  Growth Catalyst Trainee  — a proactive learner who will support business growth initiatives and gain hands-on exposure to market development. This role is designed for individuals eager to understand how deep-tech innovation scales in the education and coaching sector while working closely with senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Research & Market Mapping :  Identify and profile potential schools, colleges, universities, and coaching centers.
• Client Engagement Support :  Assist with outreach, initial conversations, and follow-ups.
• Partnership Enablement :  Support in nurturing relationships that drive long-term collaborations.
• Growth Strategy Exposure :  Learn how Assessli expands across regions in India.
• Proposal & Pitch Support :  Help prepare decks, proposals, and client materials alongside senior executives.
• Cross-Team Collaboration :  Work with business, marketing, and product teams on live growth projects.
• Market Insights :  Conduct research on education trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Documentation :  Prepare weekly updates and growth reports for leadership.
