Lead Release Train Engineer

Through his / her technical / functional expertise, their network and their understanding of the business context, the RTE Lead guaranties the efficient delivery of the ART mission and the creation of a more flow of value through the ART. Among his / her responsibilities are :

Coach the agile practices

The RTE is a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train and :

• Is a key change agent
• Create an environment of mutual influence, encourage personal development and support the commitment made by the train
• Listen and support people on problem identification and decision making
• Is responsible for implementing SAFE model best practices by federating & coaching train stakeholders on adopting Agile mindset
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
• Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects / Engineering
