Job descriptionBachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences). Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness. Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and presentation skills.
Senior Associate, Pharma Commercial Operations
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the field of Incentive Compensation . The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering corporate and product strategy-driven incentive compensation plans that drive desirable behavior and performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations and a proven track record of designing and implementing effective incentive compensation admin processes. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insightful reports using SQL and Excel .
Key responsibilities include :
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to set goals, design and implement IC plans, and optimize sales force effectiveness.
- Using data-driven insights and market intelligence to inform call planning and targeting strategies.
