Required Qualifications & Experience

• Total Experience : Minimum 15 years in marketing and digital experience roles.
• UX Design Experience : At least 10 years in UX design, web experience management, or digital creative roles.
• Website Management : Minimum 5 years managing large-scale corporate websites (50–100+ pages).
• Managerial Experience : 2–3 years leading small to mid-sized teams or managing cross-functional digital projects.
• Organizational Experience : Experience in a large organization (1,000+ employees) with global or multi-regional operations.
• Strong understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.), SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or Webflow.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to align digital initiatives with business strategy and measurable outcomes.
