Role Summary
Own our hotel / resort social media end-to-end—strategy, content, design, video, and reporting. You’ll turn brand stories into high-performing posts / reels, manage multiple property handles, and keep a tight cadence across Instagram, Facebook, , and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Calendar : Build monthly content calendars per property; align with campaigns, room offers, F&B, weddings, wellness, events.Design & Video : Create posts, reels, stories, thumbnails, ad creatives. Strong Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro; After Effects a plus). Canva for quick turnarounds.Publishing & Community : Schedule via Meta Business Suite; daily DMs / comment moderation; creator / influencer coordination.Performance & Reporting : Weekly dashboards—reach, engagement rate, saves, shares, profile visits, link clicks, CTR to site / OTAs (UTMs), and learnings.Paid Support (nice-to-have) : Set up / optimize Meta ad sets (traffic, conversions), A / B creatives, basic GA4 reading.Shoot Management : Build shot lists, coordinate photo / video / UGC creators, basic color correction and reel edits.Brand Consistency : Maintain brand kits, grids (dark / modern aesthetic where required), tone of voice, and hotel positioning.Must-Have Skills
2–5 years (Executive) or 5–8 years (Lead / Manager) in Social + Design.Adobe Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (After Effects bonus).Strong reels editing (hooks, pacing, captions), typography, layout, and motion basics.Excellent English copy for hooks, CTAs, captions; basic Hindi comfort.Platform know-how : Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube; Meta Business Suite.Analytics : understands engagement rate, reach, retention, CTR; basic GA4 / UTM tagging.Portfolio with social creatives + reels you personally designed / edited.Good to Have
Hospitality experience; understanding of OTAs and seasonality.Figma basics, CapCut, Lightroom Mobile, DSLR familiarity.Simple landing page / WordPress edits, shoppable links, link-in-bio tools.KPIs (measured monthly / quarterly)
Content throughput (e.g., 12–16 posts + 8–12 reels per brand / month).Quality engagement rate, saves, shares, profile visits.Site / OTA clicks via UTMs; CTR on ads / boosts (if handling paid).Response time to DMs / comments; creator / UGC pipeline velocity.Campaign outcomes (launches, offers, event pushes) with pre / post deltas.How to Apply
