As an Operations Executive, you will be the backbone of our daily travel and rental operations. Your role involves coordinating bookings, managing client onboarding, ensuring timely communication, and upholding our service standards. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every journey is smooth, every client feels valued, and every process runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and confirm travel bookings, vehicle rentals, and itinerary details
• Draft and refine professional communication : quotations, booking confirmations, welcome letters, escalation matrices
• Manage client onboarding with structured processes and warm engagement
• Monitor operational workflows to ensure timely service delivery and adherence to standards
• Liaise with vendors, drivers, and travel partners to ensure availability and quality
• Handle client queries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and service feedback
• Proactively identify process improvements to enhance client satisfaction
