We at Coforge are hiring a Senior SAP Project manager with the following skill-set :

Key Responsibilities :

• 18+ years of experience in SAP with a strong functional background across modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics & Retail.
• Proven leadership in multiple end-to-end S / 4HANA implementations, including greenfield and brownfield approaches.
• Deep understanding of SAP’s product roadmap, cloud transformation strategies, and integration with emerging technologies (e.G., AI / ML, IoT).
• Expertise in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment at the CxO level.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar portfolios with distributed teams across geographies.
• SAP certifications in S / 4HANA and other relevant modules or technologies (e.G., SAP Activate, SAP BTP).
• Hands-on S / 4HANA rollout experience (mandatory).
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Expertise in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
