Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Coordinator, located in Navi Mumbai. The ERP Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating production and demand, analyzing data, and ensuring effective communication within various departments. The role involves managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth integration and functionality of the ERP system.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate implementation, usage, and maintenance of ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho, BuildSmart, etc.).
Act as a bridge between departments and the ERP vendor / development team.
Assist in data migration, validation, and system setup during new ERP implementation or upgrades.
Monitor user access, permissions, and roles to ensure data integrity and security.
Train staff and end-users on ERP functionalities and workflows.
Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide first-level support before escalating to IT / vendor.
Ensure timely entry and accuracy of data across departments (Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, Accounts).
Generate reports, dashboards, and MIS as required by management.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend ERP-based improvements.
Required Skills :
Knowledge of ERP systems used in real estate or construction (e.g., FAR Vision, SAP, Zoho, Oracle).
Good understanding of business workflows like project management, inventory, accounts, CRM.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, data handling, and reporting tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred :
Prior experience in ERP implementation or coordination in a real estate or construction company.
Basic SQL or database knowledge is a plus.
