We’re looking for a  Flutter Engineer (Fresher)  who’s passionate about building seamless, beautiful, and high-performance mobile experiences. Role Overview

As a Flutter Engineer , you’ll work closely with senior developers, designers, and product teams to build intuitive mobile applications that delight users.

This is a hands-on, learning-driven role where you’ll gain real-world experience in mobile app development, performance optimization, and deploying apps to production environments.

Responsibilities

Mobile App Development

Assist in developing and maintaining Flutter applications for Android and iOS.

Work on creating responsive, clean, and modern user interfaces.

Integrate REST APIs and backend services into mobile apps.

Write clear, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Collaboration & Learning

Work with designers and product managers to translate concepts into engaging user experiences.

Participate in code reviews, sprints, and team discussions.

Learn mobile deployment processes — from testing to publishing on Play Store and App Store.

Quality & Performance

Debug and troubleshoot issues to maintain app stability.

Contribute to app performance optimization and UI / UX improvements.

Follow good coding standards and continuously improve through mentorship.

Requirements

Basic understanding of  Flutter  and  Dart .

Familiarity with mobile app architecture and lifecycle.

Knowledge of  APIs , JSON, and basic backend integration.

Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow with feedback.

Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.

Nice to Have

Personal or academic Flutter projects (GitHub / Play Store links appreciated).

Awareness of tools like  Firebase ,  Git , and  Figma .

Understanding of state management (Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod).

Basic knowledge of mobile app deployment processes.
