We’re looking for a  Flutter Engineer (Fresher)  who’s passionate about building seamless, beautiful, and high-performance mobile experiences. Role Overview

As a Flutter Engineer , you’ll work closely with senior developers, designers, and product teams to build intuitive mobile applications that delight users.

This is a hands-on, learning-driven role where you’ll gain real-world experience in mobile app development, performance optimization, and deploying apps to production environments.

Responsibilities

Mobile App Development

  • Assist in developing and maintaining Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
  • Work on creating responsive, clean, and modern user interfaces.
  • Integrate REST APIs and backend services into mobile apps.
  • Write clear, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Collaboration & Learning

  • Work with designers and product managers to translate concepts into engaging user experiences.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprints, and team discussions.
  • Learn mobile deployment processes — from testing to publishing on Play Store and App Store.

    • Quality & Performance

  • Debug and troubleshoot issues to maintain app stability.
  • Contribute to app performance optimization and UI / UX improvements.
  • Follow good coding standards and continuously improve through mentorship.

    • Requirements

  • Basic understanding of  Flutter  and  Dart .
  • Familiarity with mobile app architecture and lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of  APIs , JSON, and basic backend integration.
  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow with feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.

    • Nice to Have

  • Personal or academic Flutter projects (GitHub / Play Store links appreciated).
  • Awareness of tools like  Firebase ,  Git , and  Figma .
  • Understanding of state management (Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod).
  • Basic knowledge of mobile app deployment processes.
