Oracle HCM Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle HCM solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM and related technologies
- Customize Oracle HCM modules to align with business needs and functional requirements
- Integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data exchange and automation
Collaboration & Support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business objectives into scalable technical solutionsProvide expert-level support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement enhancements to optimize performanceDevelop and maintain technical documentation following Oracle standards and best practicesContinuous Improvement
Stay current with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM updates and featuresContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by implementing automation and enhancing existing solutionsSkills & Qualifications
Must-Have
6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM technical development and customizationsProficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM, PL / SQL, and core Oracle development toolsProven expertise in system integration and end-to-end technical deploymentAbility to work independently in remote consulting environmentsPreferred
