Role & Responsibilities

Oracle HCM Development & Customization

Design, develop, and implement Oracle HCM solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM and related technologies
Customize Oracle HCM modules to align with business needs and functional requirements
Integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data exchange and automation

Collaboration & Support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions

Provide expert-level support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement enhancements to optimize performance

Develop and maintain technical documentation following Oracle standards and best practices

Continuous Improvement

Stay current with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM updates and features

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by implementing automation and enhancing existing solutions

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM technical development and customizations

Proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM, PL / SQL, and core Oracle development tools

Proven expertise in system integration and end-to-end technical deployment

Ability to work independently in remote consulting environments

Preferred

Certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM

Exposure to other Oracle ERP / HRMS modules

Strong problem-solving and communication skills in fast-paced project settings
