Key Responsibilities :

• Independently manage the finance and planning activities for the Technology & Legal Group across UAE and overseas geographies.
• Serve as the central finance point for the Technology & Legal Group, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain strict financial discipline.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide accurate, timely, and relevant financial information and insights.
• Prepare and deliver ad hoc financial reports, trend analyses, and transaction reviews to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
• Facilitate smooth coordination between finance, business units, and external parties to ensure alignment with financial goals and compliance requirements.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and governance requirements related to the Technology & Legal Group finances.
