Senior Manager - Business Development - Zest Money Purpose :

The role exists to expand ZestMoney's merchant and partner ecosystem by acquiring and nurturing high-value partnerships that drive sustainable revenue growth. The Business Development Manager / Senior Manager will act as the bridge between ZestMoney and external stakeholders, shaping commercial opportunities, building strategic relationships, and ensuring seamless execution with internal teams.

Key Accountabilities :

• Merchant Acquisition & Partnerships : Identify, pitch, and onboard leading enterprises, D2C brands, offline retailers & PA / PGs into the ZestMoney ecosystem.
• Revenue Growth : Drive adoption of ZestMoney solutions across partner networks, delivering measurable impact on sales and profitability.
• Integration Enablement : Work with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth technical and operational integration-including effort required to implement and optimize merchant PDP widgets and other on-site assets.
• Relationship Management : Build long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers; act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
• Commercial Negotiations : Lead discussions around commercials, integration models, subvention agreements and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Market & Competitive Insights : Track industry trends, competitor moves, and customer behavior to shape partnership strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product, tech, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding, activation, and partner success.
• Performance Accountability : Consistently meet and exceed defined targets across acquisition, activation, and revenue KPIs.
