Associate Lawyer

Job descriptionAssociates will independently manage day-to-day litigation before NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, High Courts, Supreme Court, Consumer Forums, and Arbitral Tribunals. Junior Associates will assist in drafting, research, and case preparation under the supervision of senior lawyers. Represent clients in insolvency, restructuring & company law disputes. Draft petitions, replies & documents for CIRP, mergers & related proceedings. Manage domestic & international arbitrations. Draft SoCs, counterclaims, rejoinders & assist in award enforcement / challenges. Draft & file pleadings, suits, appeals before civil courts & High Courts. Appear in hearings on property, commercial & contractual disputes. Conduct legal research & prepare briefs. Track latest judgments, amendments & practice developments. Interact with clients, provide updates & strategic advice. LL.B. from a well recognised / premier University. Experience Required : For Associates : 5–7 years in NCLT / DRT / Arbitration / Civil litigation. For Junior Associates : 1–3 years in relevant field. Good family background; Fluency in English language; Adaptive to a New environment; Timely delivery of the assigned work; Strong drafting skills (petitions, pleadings, contracts); Proficiency with Manupatra, SCC Online, Westlaw etc.; Excellent communication & advocacy skills; Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.
