MAWM Specialist (Label Design)

Key Responsibilities

Provide

application support

for Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) in production and non-production environments.

Design, configure, and customize

labels

(shipping labels, carton labels, pallet labels, compliance labels, etc.) using MAWM label design tools and third-party label management systems (e.g.,

Loftware, NiceLabel, Bartender ).

Troubleshoot and resolve

label printing issues

across multiple sites and printer models (Zebra, Honeywell, etc.).

Work with

business teams

to gather requirements for new label formats and implement them in MAWM.

Support daily

warehouse operations

– inbound, outbound, inventory, RF transactions, and reporting.

Manage

integrations between MAWM and print servers

(Loftware / NiceLabel / Bartender).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ERP, TMS, automation, IT infrastructure) to resolve issues.

Participate in

upgrades, enhancements, and change requests

related to MAWM and labeling.

Document support activities, create SOPs, and provide training for warehouse teams.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years

of experience in

Manhattan Active WM (MAWM)

Strong hands-on experience in

label designing tools

such as

Loftware, Bartender, NiceLabel .

Good understanding of

warehouse processes

– inbound, outbound, inventory, putaway, picking, shipping.

Knowledge of

RF devices and label printer configurations .

Proficiency in

SQL, Unix / Linux commands , and troubleshooting integrations.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience with

incident / change management tools

like ServiceNow or JIRA.
