Job descriptionEducatio n : B. E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial / Production Engineering Experienc e : 0–2 years in design engineering or internship experience usin g PTC Creo. Proficiency i n 3D modeling, detailing, and drafti ng in Creo Parametric Basic understanding o f manufacturing process es (machining, sheet metal, plastics, etc. Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skill Eagerness to learn new CAD tools and automation process Knowledge of Windchill PLM or similar product data management too ls Exposure to design automat io n, Creo Tool kit, or Creo Parametric customizat ion. Familiarity with other CAD tools (SolidWorks / NX / CATIA) is an advantage.
This position is open for Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, and Mumbai locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawing s using PTC Cre o
- Support senior design engineers in concept development and detailing
- Understand and apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing ) and design standards
- Perform design changes, version control, and documentation in PLM systems (like Windchill)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design reviews and technical discussions
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and support prototype or manufacturing teams
- Ensure model accuracy, design intent, and adherence to company quality processes
