CPQ / RCA (Revenue Cloud) Developer

Mandate Skills :
- Need to have Experience in Apex, CPQ. Revenue cloud experience or knowledge is a plus.
- CPQ developers with strong apex coding
- Hands on experience with CPQ at least 3+ Yrs
- CLM and billing should be there
- If they have experience or knowledge in revenue Cloud, then it would be added advantage
- Total 4 rounds of interview.

Responsibilities :
Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify Salesforce and Revenue Cloud needs.Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored Salesforce solutions, focusing on Revenue Cloud.Provide expertise on Salesforce functionality, features, and potential limitations, especially within the Revenue Cloud modules.Design and present Salesforce solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit.Collaborate with Salesforce developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions.Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce CPQ and RCA to meet client specifications.Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective adoption of Salesforce and CPQ / RCA solutions.Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce applications.Stay current with the latest Salesforce trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.Document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations made, and feedback received.Requirements Competencies :
Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or software consulting.Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and documentation, particularly with Revenue Cloud.Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and project lifecycle management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing interaction.Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical clients.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.(ref : hirist.tech)
