Roles and Responsibility -
Edit 25–30 short-form videos each month — Reels, Shorts, mashups, founder highlights, and cultural commentary.
Shape the post-production for founder interviews, roundtables, and brand campaigns.
Use AI-powered tools (Vizard, Runway, Descript, OpusClip, etc.) to streamline clipping, transcription, and rough cuts.
Maintain a consistent design aesthetic — typography, transitions, grading, and sound identity.
Collaborate with the Social Media Lead and brand team to evolve Razorpay’s visual language and content strategy.
Develop and maintain edit templates, LUTs, and motion packs for faster, scalable production.
What You’ll Need -
2–4 years of professional editing experience in brand, creator, or agency setups.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
A reel that demonstrates short-form storytelling, rhythm, and taste — not just polish.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate workflows and generate first cuts.
Strong sense of design, typography, and sonic rhythm.
Deep curiosity for the creator economy, startup culture, and internet trends.
Ability to think beyond execution — understanding how editing drives emotion, brand voice, and reach.
