About the role

Part time permanent position (4 days / week) commencing in January 2026. This position is based in either North Ryde, NSW or Perth, WA. Reporting directly to the General Manager Policy and Advocacy, you will be responsible for :

• Contributing to national and state policy development across aged care, health and disability sectors
• Researching, analysing and reporting on policy developments relevant to dementia
• Consulting with people living with dementia, their families, carers and staff to inform policy positions
• Preparing high-quality policy papers, submissions, presentations, and other strategic communication materials
• Maintaining effective and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Representing the organisation at forums, networks and stakeholder meetings as required
